Performance Nutrition for Endurance Athletes

Amanda Rossetti is a registered dietitian and founder of Fuel First Nutrition, virtual private practice specializing in the intersection of endurance sports nutrition and women's health.

Her love of food stems from her own journey with sport and wellness. A former Division I collegiate swimmer and now avid marathoner, Registered Yoga Teacher, and Certified Personal Trainer, Amanda’s journey through sport and fitness led her to become a dietitian. Her deep-rooted passion for wellness helped her navigate her own journey with disordered eating and sports performance, and now fuels her desire to help other women do the same.

Amanda offers a personalized, evidence based approach to nutrition. She specializes in helping female athletes fuel for performance and better understand the power of nutrition, while navigating body image and their relationship with food.

Amanda holds a Bachelor of Science in Management from Boston College and a Master of Science in Applied Nutrition from the University of New England. Find her on instagram.
