My 1:1 Nutrition Coaching programs are highly supportive, intensive programs that offer 1:1 virtual sessions with me. Together we create a custom plan to fit your nutrition needs and goals, so you can build sustainable fueling habits while also learning along the way.

3 months of 1:1 nutrition coaching
6 nutrition calls (one every 2 weeks)

How 1:1 Nutrition Coaching Programs Work
Step 1: Book your Discovery Call and Apply!
Let’s confirm your goals and needs align with my expertise and approach as a dietitian.
Step 2: Program Onboarding
Once we decide to move forward with working together and choose which program is the best fit for you, you will get invited to fill out your onboarding paperwork so that I can build your individualized plan. This includes:
An intake questionnaire so I can determine your specific fueling needs
A food log and general idea of your training and racing schedule
Any recent and relevant lab work
Access to the client portal for future communication
Step 3: Coaching Sessions Begin
After reviewing your intake forms and discussing more background during our first call, we will come up with an individualized plan for you based on your specific needs, training schedule, day to day lifestyle, and more.
Step 4: Striving for your Goals
Together, we will strategize small goals between each session that will continue to evolve during our time together. We will continue to build on those goals during each session to ultimately get you to a place where you feel confident in reaching your goals.
